1. Returns Eligibility
You may return a product if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The wrong product was delivered
- You changed your mind (within applicable conditions below)
2. Return Period
- Defective or faulty products: Within 6 months of purchase (CPA compliant)
- Change of mind: Within 7 days of delivery (cooling-off period for online purchases)

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refunds
